Summary: Short overnight stay before departure further south with 4 kids. Late check-in with bad service and unfriendly check-in. 4 kids were standing next to me and the gentleman who did the procedure was not that kind. However the hotel was nice. Pool and rooms were both used and nicely cleaned. Just didn’t like the service.

Summary: Great location - bus, tram and train access within 5 minutes. Good restaurants down by the old town. Can walk to the castle and old town within 20 minutes. Great spot. Definitely some transient population around as you're at a transit hub but as long as you're back before dark it was super safe.

Summary: We had a great stay. The beds were comfortable and the location was close to walk the altstadt. The restaurant and bar provided great food and drinks. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

Summary: Overall is good! The room is spacious. The bed and the pillow are very comfortable. It is new and clean. The only thing not so well is the WIFI. Simple video call does not connect well.

Summary: The location is convenient, although the area around the main station isn't the nicest. Our room was excellent, and apart from a conspicuously absent-minded and uninterested receptionist (Mr. Ibromhiv?), we had a wonderful stay.

Summary: We had 2 rooms. One of them was not very clean - lots of dust. The room furniture and beds were ok. We were surprised we had to pay for 2 days of parking (42 euros) - we were there for less than 24 hours. The gentleman that handled our check-out clearly didn't like his job. He didn't even greet us when we came to the counter and wasn't very friendly.
